  • ASA RULES APPLY. REFLECTIVE CLOTHING MUST BE WORN ON 10KM, 21.1KM AND 42.2KM.
  • FREE ENTRY FOR 60 YEAR AND OLDER ON 21.1KM/42.2KM.
  • 2023/2024 LICENCE ARE COMPULSORY
  • TEMP LICENSES WILL BE FOR SALE AT EVENT FOR R40-00 (10KM, 21.1KM & 42.2KM)
  • CUT-OFF TIME 23H00 FOR ALL ATHLETES

  • SACF RULES APPLY. HARD SHELL HELMETS ARE COMPULSARY.
